I was in the studio with Ally Tennick last Saturday recording a live-in-the-studio session for an EP release in the new year. Knob-twiddling was by Tommy Duffin.
We played seven songs from some previous releases which have changed shape somewhat over the years on the live circuit – particularly as arranged for the duo – plus a couple of covers. The initial mixes are sounding good and I’ll be sifting through them as I get them over the next few days, settling on the best takes.
Watch this space for further details.
Dog Moon Howl has been in the studio recording a new EP. Final mixes and mastering will be completed over the coming week – release details to follow.
In the meantime we’ll be opening for Lacertilia and Cybernetic Witch Cult on the Edinburgh stop of their Wizards ‘n’ Lizards UK tour. The gig’s at Opium on October 27th, 8pm.
I’m playing GGI Glasgow with Dog Moon Howl this weekend:
GGI Glasgow 2016 is a two day event running at Ivory Black’s on Sat/Sun 24th-25th of September. Nineteen bands across two days/nights with DJing to take each night into the wee small hours. Dog Moon Howl will be playing on Sunday evening alongside the likes of Constant Fear, Decibel Freaks and Hateful.
Hope to see some of you there! For full details on the festival check out the GGI Facebook page HERE.

“… well, it happens to us all. Great big hard drive crash. Months/years of work lost, as well as applications and so on. Channel Nowhere’s websites have all fallen victim to local storage hell, so please bear with us as we try to clone a sow from the devil’s own silk purse.”
